Polish pastel tomato seeds
One of the most beautiful of all the paste tomatoes, it’s striking ombré from yellow shoulders orange mid and finishing on the blossom side as pink. This comes from, you guessed it Australia. What about that polish thing, I have no idea. But a guy named John Smarz developed it and it first showed up in 2003 in Seeds Savers Yearbook by one Neil Lockhart of you guessed it Oblong, Illinois.
Fruits are 4-6 oz with a mellow sweet flavor that makes one serious sauce.
