An Asian green we started growing a few years ago and will continue for years to come. It is really a strikingly beautiful plant. The leaves have a nice mustard bite with an almost smokiness like a good strong mustard. Put a leaf or two on a hamburger and it gives the burger an awesome flavor. These 6 “ tall greens are easy to grow and produce for months. They are also extremely cold hardy.
