Well like I said I grow a lot of tomatoes, hence I grow a lot of basil. It is really easy to cultivate and even easier to use, pull some leaves off of the plant, ripe them over slices of tomato and a good fresh mozzarella cheese (I mean it, don’t buy crap) and a bit of sea salt, done and done.
