Happy Cat Mustard Greens

Happy Cat Mustard Greens is a new introduction from the farm.  We have been growing mustards for years, so we thought we should have our own. Here it is, a golden leafed semi-curly mustard that can be grown almost all season long. The leaves are 6” by 5” long.  The snappy flavor will mix into any salads, or when wilted into rice, or atop a nice flank steak. Done & done...About 20 sustainable seeds.
