Japanese Black Trifele Heirloom Tomato Seeds

Japanese Black Trifele is a really cool heirloom from Russia. I know the name says Japanese, but it is really from Russia. They are not sure where the Japanese name came from. I started growing these about 10 years ago and every chef I deal with wanted more and more of them.  The pear -shaped fruit is medium sized and dense and meaty and the flavor is rich and smokey. It is the perfect tomato for making a deep flavorful tasting sauce. If you love this one check back next year, I am growing out the uber rare Japanese Orange Trifele. About 10 sustainable seeds.
