Riegart Heirloom Tomato Seeds

Riegart tomato is a German Heirloom plum tomato with a smoky past, but sometimes you don’t need a great story you just need a great plum tomato and this is it. I eat lots of plum tomatoes fresh and am very fond of saying, “ Anyone who cooks a fresh tomato should be run over by cart and horse.” But if you are going to cook a tomato it had better be this one. The flavor is so meaty and juicy and divine from a plant that is wonderfully productive. You have my permission to make sauce out of this one so you can capture the light of summer for those dark winter eves.  About 10 sustainable seeds.
