It is a medium-sized paste tomato that hangs in big clusters, sometimes ten, or more. They are long and thin and hanging in big trusses they do kind of look like fingers, chubby short red fingers, but fingers.This paste tomato from Naples is one that I love to grow. Great production of fruit on plants that are disease free. The plants also are semi-determinate, which means they don’t grow out of hand. This tomato seems like it was breed to roast. Put them on a tray with a bit of oil and salt, and then make a sauce that is out of this world.
